Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A specific item can be used to evolve certain Pokemon. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop's photo disc and is sometimes offered as a reward in Pokemon GO events.

Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, such as ligatures, fractions, ornaments, swashes registered trademark symbols, and ellipses. The Glyphs Panel lets you insert and view these special characters, along with regular symbols like em and en dashes as well being trademark symbols registered to be used.
Each Glyph provides an initial boost to the stats of the character. It also has up to four secondary stats that affect the radius of the glyph on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase which is multiplied by other bonuses, excluding Speed Glyphs that directly increase the speed of the hero.
The Glyphs in your inventory can be activated by selecting them, and then clicking the "enchant" button. This will display a new window with the Glyphs you have that can be applied to the item you have selected. You only need to apply the appropriate Glyph to the selected item. You can increase the level of Glyphs by finishing Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more challenging the dungeon, the higher the amount of Glyph experience that you will gain. Once a Glyph attains level 15, it is upgradeable at the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The upgrade of a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
After a Glyph reaches the desired level you can activate it. Select it, then click the "enchant button". The resulting Glyph will give its stated benefit, and boost other nodes within its range on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be put where they will benefit your building the most. This is why you should prioritise Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs can also provide double bonuses if certain conditions can be fulfilled.
